I worked at Tel Aviv University (More than a year)
Tel aviv university is a great place to work and study in. it has interesting enviorment, good benefits and nice people
As in most research and development possitions the hours are very long but are worth it. It was the best place i worked so far.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Tel Aviv University.
I was hired based on my experience in the university as a projects coordinator in the development department of the business school. I knew personally the academic director of the program and he hired me based on that. I did not go through an interview process- all we had to finalize was the salary and description of the position.
The negotiations phase was painless and I received a bit more than my previous job. I was (still am) on very good terms with my boss which made the process relatively painless
