There was great pay, friendly people to work with, and it was a really professional environment.
A lot of the work could get pretty repetitive, as expected of an intern. It was also not the most fun experience at times just because it was hard to make friends since there was usually a large age gap between me and the coworkers.
Advice to Management
I would feel even more welcome if management had created more outside-of-work activities for the interns to get to know each other and their supervisors.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Telamon (Carmel, IN).
I have gone through 2 phone interviews/interactions and have had 2 in person interviews with multiple managers. So far the process is well rounded and I have a very good understanding of the process. No complaints.
