Good comissions, pressure depends on boss. Can get hectic but the products you are selling are great services. You get payed on residuals from your accounts for three years so I'm three years you should be at the top of what you'll earn.
Hiring morons, bad managers. No car allowance, mileage or support to be on the field.
Advice to Management
Give your representatives a reason to be on the road. When you add up all the expenses and have to replace your car every three years it's not worth it.

It was a wonderful interview process. Met with manager. Then her boss on second interview and was hired. I also did a field rep ride and met other sales reps that worked for Telecheck.
