I have been working at TeleDirect Call Centers full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I like that management is easy to work with. Everyone is very helpful and understanding. If you do your job right and follow the rules everything can be smooth. There is room to grow as Remote positions are expanding to management positions. Also, this is remote I don't use any gas :D I also feel that the pay gets better with time and the work you show. With time they offer to place you doing other tasks that bring your pay up.

    Cons

At first, it can be a bit overwhelming when you start. We are only given a couple of accounts to review when we start and the idea of how the call center works is not clear at first. Especially coming from other call center works where we are only aware of the one company. With time though and practice it is easy to catch one!

    Advice to Management

I honestly do not have any advice. I personally have a great team lead. She is very nice and I try to follow what I have to do to the mark. I called the support line and everyone has been very nice even though they have to deal with some tough calls. I appreciate this network of closeness even though we have no idea what we look like. The schedule is great and it fits my college life. At times the job is pretty hectic but I am glad to be working.

    Interview

The interview process took a couple of weeks, but they keep in touch with you. They are looking for experience and people who are dedicated and value teamwork. I really appreciated how much they shared about the company and their vision.
