    11/10/2015 TelePacific Signs Distribution Agreement with Aligned Communications TelePacific Communications announced today that it has signed a distribution agreement with Aligned Communications, a regional master agency based in Dallas. The new partnership focuses on delivering TelePacific's connectivity, cloud and continuity solutions to small, medium and enterprise businesses (SMEs), primarily in Texas, through Aligned's network of more than 300 subagents.

  • TelePacific Communications announces the promotion of long-time industry leader Peter Berns to the newly created position of Director of Datacenter Operations. Berns had been the key technical subject matter expert for the provider's datacenter efforts. In his expanded role, he is responsible for all product strategy, pricing, sales support and data center operations, which includes service delivery and post installation support for this rapidly growing core area of TelePacific's business.

    Great training and great products to sell. Moving towards managed service provider not so much telecom. Great strategy and great team for support.


    There is no hand-holding here, you must learn quickly. It's sink or swim. If you do not have vendor relationships already established in the industry it will be a difficult road for you

    Advice to Management

    Raise salaries to be competitive with other managed service providers.

    I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at TelePacific Communications (Las Vegas, NV) in October 2015.


    Applied early Oct 2015, two week process. Phone screen on a Friday with HR: meet with hiring manager next Monday. "I'll send you an email confirmation with confirmation, address, details". Email never arrives. Phone messages to HR rep are unreturned. What kind of company bothers to screen employees, verbally schedule an interview, then completely blows off the candidate, wasting their time and yours? TelePacific Communicadtions, that's who. If you're doubting the negative reviews and feedback - wake up and smell the burnt coffee...
