I worked at Telecinco as an intern (Less than a year)
I would say that the best part of working (interning) at this place was probably the free lunch.
They cared so little about their interns that they would not even ask you to go and get them coffee. You really don't learn anything while you are here, but at least it looks good on your resume.
Advice to Management
You need to treat your interns better, I know that there is this culture of not caring about them but at the end of the day if you have a good working environment even in the lower positions it's what is going to make your company success, something Telecinco has been struggling with in the past few years.
