    TBI has sustained continuous growth in my time here, and with that growth comes great opportunities to advance in your career. The potential for individual advancement and professional growth is unparalleled. The atmosphere and culture throughout the company makes coming to work a great experience everyday. Management is accessible to entry level employees and routinely recognizes stand out employees. Simply an excellent place to work.

    Sometimes the work can seem overwhelming and stressful, but there's always someone there to assist when needed. At the end of the day, everything gets taken care of.

    Advice to Management

    Keep investing in your employees! The more opportunity you give them to grow professionally, earn higher wages, and advance their career, the more you will receive from them in return.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Telecom Brokerage (Chicago, IL) in January 2015.

    Very good process and my questions were answered fully and precisely. Their interview process was much better than other job interviews I had been on. The interviewer was very experienced and I left the interview feeling I had actual chance of being hired. The interviewer asked me how could I contribute to the company and what where my future goals.
