I worked at Telegraph Media Group (More than a year)
Great benefits - massages, gym on site, discounted canteen and bar and offices just had a revamp so are quite hi-tech.
Lots of hierarchy, things take a long while to get signed off and can be very slow moving.
I applied online. I interviewed at Telegraph Media Group (London, England (UK)).
Was contacted by a recruitment agent. This was followed by a telephone conversation which was quite relaxed and the person interviewing me was polite, just asked some basic questions and explained the role in more detail. After the telephone interview was invited for a second stage interview at the actual office. This was slightly more serious than the first one, was given some questions to answer (budget and how you would spend it, which advertising partner would you pick etc). It didn't seem like they were very interested in me at that point, and seeing as I never got a reply from them (not even a rejection email) I felt like this was rude and a waste of my time.
