I have been working at Teleion full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I've been a part of Teleion for a while now, and have played an active role on the leadership team. Anyone who has left a negative comment has likely had some sort of miscommunication or likely themselves been a problem if they had a bad enough experience to give a bad review. Good consulting companies or staffing agencies are HARD to come by. Large staffing organizations do not care about consultants, they rarely care about their internal employees, and really care about getting you on contract to hit their sales quotas. Then there are the big four that will pay you OK money, but will work you to the bone. Then there are companies like Teleion, there are probably more, but they are the boutique firms that care about their employees and their customers. They invest in their people, and have to work hard everyday to stay ahead of the competition. At Teleion, you have the opportunity to grow, move to different projects, work with a plethora of different clients, but YOU must be an active part of making it happen, just like anything in life. Theres a reason why turn over is so little here. I truly believe that as a consultant, this is one of the best companies with the best leadership that you can find in Seattle.

    Cons

Teleion is a growing organization so there will be bumps in the road. As long as you are communicating with your manager, you will have many options here.

    Advice to Management

Continue to invest into the company as you have been.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Teleion (Seattle, WA) in January 2018.

    Interview

The recruiter, RJ Coop, made the interview process very painless and fluid by maintaining great communication (personable, detailed, follow-up, etc). Went through 2 interviews: phone screen and in-person interview loop.

Phone interview: Casual conversation to discuss details about the role, company, and expectations. Asked typical questions (tell me about yourself, work experience, future goals, and a couple of scenario questions)

Received quick response/decision to move forward and was scheduled for in-person interview the week after.

In-person interview: 5 hour loop with Recruiter, Director of Recruiting, HR, VP of Business Dev, and Managing Partner. Everybody was very transparent, descriptive and really took the time to make sure I understood the company's past, present, and future vision (to ensure person is not just a right fit for them, but also the company is a right fit for the person). Scenario/behavioral questions but most of it was more so conversational which allowed me the opportunity to ask many questions.

Received final decision 1-1.5 weeks after, but RJ kept me up-to-date with a couple emails to apologize and explain why the decision was taking longer than expected.

Overall very engaging, honest, and professional.
