Interview
I was feeling underwhelmed and frustrated by the “generic sales-y interviews” I experienced with several other platforms that day and I almost canceled with Telemynd, assuming it would not be much different. However, I am so glad I decided to keep my appointment with Kristen! Not only was she professional and intelligent, but also a joy to converse with. I was surprised at the wealth of information given. Everything a provider could possibly want to know was very clearly and seamlessly articulated. When it became time to address my questions, I pulled out my notepad and realized that EVERY question on my list had already been answered. Impressive Young Lady! It was also nice to share a few laughs considering I wanted to cry after wasting a whole day on the previous “interviews” and yes, they truly were that BAD but this is not the place to review those, so I’ll stick to my interaction with Kristen and Telemynd. When we ended our meeting, I had a very clear understanding of what the process would look like if I chose to move forward and moving forward is exactly what I chose to do! With their quick credentialing, I’m expected to meet with my first client next week! As a Licensed Psychologist for over thirty years, it is exciting to be part of the virtual mental health movement, which is providing me the opportunity to continue doing what I love (on my own terms / schedule) while still being able to travel and enjoy all the perks of “retirement.” I’ve been blessed with a successful career in this field by making it my top priority to maintain high ethical standards and integrity. These are non-negotiable attributes I am unwilling to retire, and therefore, it is of high importance for me to partner with a company that values the ethical obligations of it’s providers and I feel confident that I have found that at Telemynd.InterviewPrevious experience with documentation types and utilizing EHR’s, etc.
