kind of overstaffed when I worked there.
I applied in-person. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Telenor (Belgrade (Serbia)).

Our new batch of trainees have had a long productive week of orientation - from immersing themselves into the Telenor culture and strategy, to understanding the various aspects of the business, to meeting different leaders, to swimming in the Norwegian fjords!
Up next week - They will be meeting our Group CEO, Sigve Brekke! Stay tuned.
