Co-workers are the best reason to work here - if you get a good group. They can be entertaining while being committed and hard (enough) working. Some opportunity for lateral project movement. Management may listen to staff but fail to act.
Low pay for the work. Very little opportunity for vertical movement. Middle management can have favorites or be dictatorial. Absurd reliance on metrics.
Advice to Management
Realize that w/o competent CSR staff you have no job. Support staff, not upper management.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Telerx (Philadelphia, PA) in July 2016.
very short and simple. Regular customer service questions, there was also a prove it test. They have you do a few of them. If you do not pas the first time they will let u try again.
