    Human Resources Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Tempe, AZ
    No Offer
    Negative Experience
    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Televerde (Tempe, AZ) in February 2018.

    Interview

First was a phone interview then a onsite interview. The management seems to have different styles of interviewing. It was very uncomfortable with having two managers interview you that seem to not respect each other. After the interview they had let me know that they will be making a decision by the following week. I had waiting for the week to pass and then followed up. I heard nothing back for 2 weeks and did not get a reply till after following up multiple times. Unfortunately it seems like the only candidates that have a positive experience are those that are offered the position.

I was very surprised by the lack of professionalism throughout this process.

    Interview Questions

    • No question was difficult, but rather more of a question and answer type interview rather than a get to know my as a candidate.   1 Answer
