    I worked at Tellabs Operations (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Company is making positive strides in many areas and pays very well, The people are a great asset and work very hard to make the company successful.

    Cons

    Unfortunately new platforms and market share are slow to mature so revenues suffer leading to more attrition and workforce reductions.

    Advice to Management

    Don't shift all of the power and top level positions to Germany it will completely ruin the North American market.

    I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Tellabs Operations in June 2015.

    Interview

    Relieved a phone call to schedule first round of a screening interview. Technical phone screen interview. Went very well and interviewer made me feel very comfortable. Few questions about networking and OSI model.
    Next day was invited for an in person interview. Very relaxed and informative about the company and companies goals, specially about the TAC teams goals and plans.
