A lot of autonomy, and with that responsibility. The push to be the best. Team work, trusting staff to deliver, and being trusted. It was a great challenge and a great place to work.
Until the merger... No trust from the new management team, a divide the staff into separate groups, teamwork is frowned upon. Micro-management by stay at home managers.
Advice to Management
Local management needs to show up for work, and participate in the work experience.
