I have been working at Tempur Sealy International full-time (More than 5 years)
Tempurpedic was a great company until they bought the SS Titanic of mattresses Sealy
Sealy was 8 months from closing their doors and they were broke, now they act like they bought Tempurpedic. Arrogance is unreal, they like to do things the "Sealy way" Well last time I checked that was not smart. Now a lot of our networks don't work properly because of this! Sealy has to go before they drag Tempurpedic down with them!
Advice to Management
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Tempur Sealy International (Lexington-Fayette, KY).
Initially applied for the position through my university. Afterwards, was contacted by the company for a phone interview, which only involved discussing my soft skills. A day later, I was contacted again for an onsite interview. For the onsite interview, I spoke with a director and a manager. The interview lasted about an hour, and nothing technical was mentioned. We just went over my resume and discussed soft skills further, as well as my interests.
