I have been working at Ten Group full-time (More than 3 years)
I get to work on different projects and for me that is development and experience. Casual dress. Great people that really care about me personally. The concept of the business is really cool. I have been with the company for 16 months and it is exciting to see the changes and rapid development of people and technology. Maybe it is over do but they are now on it!
So much to do and only 40 hours to do it. Things don't happen as fast as I would like.
Advice to Management
There are two kinds of people at Ten. The ones that come in every day to make things better, look for ways to improve themselves and others and jump in any time they can. This is the group of happy people.
The second group just puts in time, complains or blames and takes the easy/lazy way out. This is where you will find the unhappy employees. This is a small group at Ten but they are in every company.
Hire people that have a desire to make it better!
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Ten Group (Las Vegas, NV) in December 2015.
The process was 4 steps. First a phone interview with HR, then a phone interview with a supervisor, then an in person interview with one of the office managers, and the final step was a research and grammar test due within 24 hours.
