Everyone working in operations is willing to help you in the learning process. You will learn a lot very quickly about the industry and will be given major responsibilities within a few months.
There is little cohesion between terminals and each terminal is competing with each other to stay profitable.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tennessee Commercial Warehouse.
Straight forward interview. Looking to get a feel for who you are as a person to see where you will fit in (terminal location) Nothing too technical, be yourself and be honest. Be direct and straight forward about your expectations/hours/salary/relocation or you might be signing up for something you didn't bargain for.
