none really, too much variance with program managers, but that's about itAdvice to Management
keep doing great thingsI applied through an employee referral The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Tensley Consulting (Columbia, MD) in Dec 2012
Interview
Very easy going (Not necessarily easy). The staff are highly approachable. My interview lasted exactly one hour and it was a blast. The great thing about this company is they care that you're cleared and you have an impeccable work ethic. They are willing to work with you if you if you don't have every single requisite for the job as they are more than willing to send you to official training. The great thing about this company is they care that you're cleared and you have an impeccable work ethic. They are willing to work with you if you if you don't have every single requisite for the job as they are more than willing to send you to official training. They focus on what you believe your deficiencies are more than what you know for the job, during the interview. If you don't know very much, you're probably not a great fit, but if there's a few things you don't know or have limited knowledge of, just be honest because they will help fill that gap if they can. They HATE turning people away and are always willing to give people that foot in the door, because people who are looking for a step in the right direction are often willing to prove themselves.
