I have been working at Terakeet full-time (More than a year)
Terakeet is full of inspiring, creative people who work so hard every day to achieve real, powerful results. I can attribute career growth and even personal growth to the people I get to work with every day. People are very supportive of each other, always willing to lend a hand to help others learn and grow. There is plenty of room to grow in the company and try new things with campaigns or website updates. There's a great work/life balance as well, as we can adjust our work hours and work from home when we need to.
In such a big company, sometimes communication can fall through the cracks as information goes through the grape vine or isn't shared as effectively as it can be, but upper management has always worked hard to be more transparent and fix these issues when they arise.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at Terakeet (Syracuse, NY).
Application process was easy -- HR was always quick to respond to any emails or questions and still is. The time between initial online application and starting date was about 4 months. After the first interview over the phone, I was sent an email to set up a time for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was with 4 or 5 employees including HR and lasted for about an hour. I was offered the position over the phone about a month after the in-person interview.
