I have been working at Terakeet full-time (Less than a year)
The hiring process had a lot of different steps but the turn over between each was very fast and the HR employees were responsive to any and all questions. The people in the office are welcoming and friendly right from day 1, everyone works really hard to make you feel comfortable. They teach you a lot of information to do your job effectively and encourage asking questions to learn as much as you can so you can be an integral piece of the team. The bulk of the job is computer work, but the environment is very open so you never get bored, feel isolated or feel as though you can’t talk to those around you.
No cons for the digital outreach specialist position - it’s a great entry level job to learn and get experience.
Advice to Management
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at Terakeet (Syracuse, NY).
Application process was easy -- HR was always quick to respond to any emails or questions and still is. The time between initial online application and starting date was about 4 months. After the first interview over the phone, I was sent an email to set up a time for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was with 4 or 5 employees including HR and lasted for about an hour. I was offered the position over the phone about a month after the in-person interview.
