Advice to Management
There is always room for improvement for everyone from management to the techs but I am lucky to be in a good branch with pretty solid management
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Terminix in June 2017.
The interview process was very pleasant and inviting. It was highly engaging in terms of information they give you on top of open ended questions. They don't really ask you anything to try and trip you up but they do the ask straight to the point answers as well as providing the same for any of your questions. I'd encourage asking questions. They were pleased with the back and forth between us and it shows your fully invested and willing to learn more about them.
