I felt that Terra lacks the strong will and agility and so, the candidate follow ups will lead to the next interview more quickly. I was finally able to interview on Memorial day for the leadership round (though a US holiday) since scheduling wasn't working out and there were missed interview dates in the past.
I felt that the processes and HR support was great, just that the rest of the organization is not agile enough to more quickly.
