Over the past 3 weeks our graduates have been generating ideas to help accelerate our ambition to reduce plastic, including packaging. Last week our graduates gave their final pitch of ideas to the governance group and our CEO, Dave Lewis. They’ve made some really great progress innovating and collaborating and have created some great actionable ideas that the business can further develop. We’re really proud of what they’ve achieved in such a short time and the difference it will make to our business. Check out the final part of their journey here.
Last week our graduates pitched their ideas to help accelerate our ambition to reduce plastic, including packaging, to the governance group. The governance group provided feedback and the graduates have been working on these to develop their ideas and solutions further. They’ve been collaborating with our colleagues across the business which includes plastic specialists.
As part of their journey they’ve been given presentation training and today they’ve pitched to the governance group for the second time, to get feedback on the solutions ahead of the final pitches on Friday. Check out their journey from the past week.
