I worked at Tetra Pak full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good company to work for, overal the benefits are good, most departments have flexible schedule. The company care about its image.

    Cons

Little or no opportunities for advancement. Merging NA with SA cluster made it even worse. More and more jobs are moved to developing countries. Merging department over three continents makes the communication dificult.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Tetra Pak (Denton, TX) in September 2017.

    Interview

Complete process took over a month. After an over the phone assessment, computer base assessment, two in person assessments, and another hands on assessment I was over the process. They claim they'll train you so i'm unsure why the need for so many assessments. Then the last interview one of the managers did give me the time of day before we even got started, he barely shook my hand.

    Interview Questions

    • Asked questions about ladder logic, and electric line diagrams. They also wanted you to be able to draw a circuit based on the question(that wasn't hard except the manager wanted it like he would do it). I answered lots of questions over the months.   Answer Question
