The people are very nice and easy to get along with. Management is great and do not pressure you about deadlines.

There is no room for advancement and the pay is well below other companies in area. There is about a %50 turnover per year of about 80 people because of these factors alone.

    Advice to Management

There should be better pay for employees that have been with the company for several years. There should be a better vacation package. An employee does not get additional days until being employed for 5 years. Sick days are taken out of the 12 days of PTO.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at TetraData in February 2010.

I was interviewed on the phone first then brought in for a face to face inter view on 2 occasions. It was a pretty good interview and I liked the people that I interviewed with.

    Interview Questions

Yes. I held out for a higher offer and I am glad that I did. Raises are non-existent
