Good pay, great benefits, keeps me busy, amazing work being done
Holdovers suck (when someone on the next shift doesnt show or calls in you may have to stay for that shift too. , very tiring,
I applied online. I interviewed at Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (Abilene, TX).
It is a 2 person interview with a Director and a peer. Different questions are asked along with scenarios and what would you do?
Need to have previous experience with individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.
