Jason Schneider is the Vice President of Finance for TDECU. In his last year of undergrad he came toTDECU part time; he knew he wanted to work in banking but wasn't sure exactly what that meant. After graduating he joined us full time, processing accounts payable. But Jason was hungry to learn and so we paid for him to go back to school nights and weekends to earn his MBA. And the buzz began to get around about him: here's a trailblazer that wants to grow. We want to help him.
When we created our Finance division we brought Jason in. It expanded rapidly, as things do around here. Jason suggested that we needed a head of the division and he knew just the right guy. We thought he was right and gave him the job he had earned.

Company is converting over to from Data safe to DNA , DNA is the absolute worst.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Dow Employees Credit Union (Lake Jackson, TX).
Applied online, received a call within a few weeks, had two phone interviews, basic interview, hired the same day. There were no tough questions. Had an interview with both teller supervisors, both very laid back and to the point. There was no blind spots, everything was straight forward. I recommend negotiating your pay during the interview other wise they just tell you what you're going to get take it or leave it. They try to convince you that the paid training will help smooth over the lower pay.
