You have your pin schedule and work as many hours as you want as long as you hit sales quotas. They start you off with a book of business that makes money as of day one.
Company only cares about life insurance sales. System is really outdated and commissions are a lot lower than with other companies.
I just got a phone interview and a basic background check after being selected. The internship was pretty much offered on the spot after the interview on the phone. Good place to intern.
