Good people to work with, Great General Manager and Kitchen Manager, District Manager was fantastic as well. Have recommend this Job to a few people.
Lower pay rate then most Brands offer for this Job title for the amount of hours and work required. Very pro-company. I have seen many people leave for this reason.
Advice to Management
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Texas Steakhouse & Saloon (Charleston, WV) in April 2016.
The interview only lasted about three minutes. The manager asked what I liked about my previous serving job and what my duties are at my current job. He offered the job on the spot and I accepted. I was contacted later in the week and asked to start. The training process takes about five days altogether.
