Mission: Building Brighter Financial Futures.
Tuesday was a very special day Alex Godina. We are so proud of all he has accomplished and honored to have him on our team.
Check out the Game Time article. Our team is awesome!
Building brighter financial futures takes talent – yours.
From the teller line to the back office, from the call center to the executive suite, it takes the entire Texas Trust team united behind our mission to make a difference for our members, for our communities, and for each other.
It’s been said that “Life is what happens when you're busy working.” We agree. But we make sure to enjoy it. We place a key emphasis on personal development, living a life of purpose, creating real experiences, and having fun.
As we grow, we want to focus on getting better, on maturing without getting old. We need people to join our team who share our passion and values. And who are looking for a culture they can fit in to.
In the end, making that happen is about people like you. We invite you to explore the opportunity of working at Texas Trust. After all, life is an adventure and we want to help you find your potential for greatness.
“We are committed to recruiting, developing, and retaining highly talented and motivated employees” ~ Ginia Chapline, Senior Vice President, Talent
Headquartered in Arlington, the entertainment capital of North Texas, Texas Trust is a successful credit union with roots dating back to 1936. We’re proud of our longevity. It shows our commitment to building brighter financial futures – or B2 F2 for short.
In the true spirit of the credit union movement, we seek to bring about human and social development; meaning, we don’t just worry about the bottom line. We make decisions with full regard for the interest of the broader community. And, that means Texas Trust is chock-full of passionate employees who want to make a difference in the lives of our members and our neighbors.
We are committed to nurturing an environment of mutual respect. We embrace diversity and equal opportunity in a serious way and are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspective, and skills. The more inclusive we are, the better our work will be.
We strive to set ourselves apart by making a difference in the lives of our employees. Knowing that we care is what makes us attract good people, and keep them. We provide our employees with the things they need to help with career growth, education and development, work-life balance, and so much more.
Employees of Texas Trust receive many valuable benefits and services to help you be the best you can be. It's one of the ways Texas Trust wants to say “Thank You” for all you do.
Employees have access to training and development programs, mentoring, job aids and support tools to help them advance their careers within the Credit Union.
While we are committed to working hard and making sure our members are happy, we believe that we should have fun while doing it. Here at Texas Trust, employees get to have fun both at work and outside of work. This is how we build relationships with our fellow team members.
I worked at Texas Trust Credit Union full-time (More than 5 years)
After retiring from the Navy in 1994, I worked for 6 companies before coming to Texas Trust and I’m proud to say Texas Trust was the best company I worked for in my 25 years of civilian jobs. The exec team works very closely together and honestly care for the employees and members. The employees are terrific and there’s are stories after stories of employees going the extra mile to help members, the community and each other.
If you aren’t up to working in a commune minded and fast growing company, then this may not be the place for you. The motto is to work hard, take care of the members and have some fun while doing it.
