Interview
First was a phone screening by HR representative. General knowledge about myself and the position.
Second was with the hiring manager over Zoom. It was casual speaking about myself, the company, and his managerial style. Then he asked some troubleshooting questions and wanted to know the processes I would walk through to fix them.
Third contact was a phone call by HR for the offer letter.InterviewA user is unable to work from home on their company laptop. They can see their network shared drives but they have small red X's next to them. How would you troubleshoot this error?
