I have been working at The AD Leaf full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Fast paced, dynamic, ever-changing, professional

    Cons

I am a marketer at heart so I love what I do. If you are not a social person or a marketer at hear, working for an ad agency is not for you.

    Advice to Management

I feel like our team is a family environment. Keep fostering this type of relationship internally.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The AD Leaf (Melbourne, FL) in March 2018.

    Interview

Interview process was a bit lengthy since you need to pass certain "check points" if you will. I made it to the phone interview which lasted an hour at least, but was not contacted again afterwards. Despite my educational background, they are more interested in prior experience which leads me to believe that your education is not as important.

    Interview Questions

    • I was asked about my experience using several social media platforms in a corporate setting.   1 Answer
