Eric, Accounts Payable Accountant

Eric began working at The Advocator Group in a Finance Administrator role shortly after graduating from the University of New Hampshire in 2015. After several months, he transitioned into his position as an Accounts Payable Accountant. He enjoys getting to know his fellow teammates, and is excited to continue growing into his new role and supporting each department.


Devin, Client Advocate

Devin joined The Advocator Group as a Client Advocate in 2014 after working in various customer service and supervisory roles. Devin’s customer service background has aided her work as a Client Advocate, and she loves being able to help people through what may be the most difficult time of their lives.


Carmen, Client Advocacy Supervisor

Carmen, Client Advocacy Supervisor, joined The Advocator Group in 2012. Previously, Carmen worked as the manager of arbitration and compliance cases of credit/debit card fraud. Her work experiences strengthened her skill set in, and her compassion around, handling delicate cases.

    I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at The Advocator Group (Lake Mary, FL) in June 2017.

    Interview

    Multiple phone calls, reminders and questions. Phone interview, then a in person interview with two of management or higher. Questions are generalized: what is your greatest accomplishment/failure, we're you reliable and at work everyday, do you think it is okay to call out just because... They are looking for truly compassionate, healthy, genuine, detailed and reliable individuals. If you possess these qualities and are truly dedicated to being in a career position where you are always professional and energetic with a smile pasted on your face (no matter what you may be going through outside of work), then you will fit in well. Pay is great for area, benefits are okay compared to other local companies.
