Working at The Advocator Group

Finding a job isn’t the hard part. Finding a career where your individual work matters every day is special. Here at The Advocator Group, our teammates are ambitious, team-oriented, and compassionate. With these skills, each teammate is making a difference daily by helping our clients who are in a need of financial assistance.

But don’t just take it from us. Here is what our clients have to say:

“The Advocator Group handled all aspects of submitting my case for SSDI. I was approved without any delays with very little effort on my part other than answering questions for the preparation of the application on the telephone. I highly recommend using their services!”

“The Advocator Group made this process so easy for me...The attorney they provided was fabulous! I was very nervous and she took that away. About 30 minutes into the hearing the judge awarded me my disability. I would recommend them to anyone. Words cannot express how appreciative I am.”

“I had an outstanding conversation with an advocate who took the time to go through my claim and walk me through each step. She helped me get to the root of the problem I was having, and went above and beyond the call of duty for me. I needed someone to truly listen to me, and this made me want to work with The Advocator Group.”

Quarterly reviews are valuable, however I think it vital to ensure teammates receive consistent feedback on short-term generated metrics on production for immediate course correction.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at The Advocator Group (Lake Mary, FL) in June 2017.

Multiple phone calls, reminders and questions. Phone interview, then a in person interview with two of management or higher. Questions are generalized: what is your greatest accomplishment/failure, we're you reliable and at work everyday, do you think it is okay to call out just because... They are looking for truly compassionate, healthy, genuine, detailed and reliable individuals. If you possess these qualities and are truly dedicated to being in a career position where you are always professional and energetic with a smile pasted on your face (no matter what you may be going through outside of work), then you will fit in well. Pay is great for area, benefits are okay compared to other local companies.
