I worked at The Art Institutes part-time (More than a year)
Very friendly management and the job itself was enjoyable.
The pay itself was cool ($20/session).
The environment made my job easy (easy access to computers and quiet areas).
I was paid per tutoring session, which was very infrequent.
Advertising of the tutoring program was up to each individual tutor but I didn't have much time to do that as I was a student there as well.
Advice to Management
Make it a requirement for beginning students to meet with a tutor and for teachers to have a tutor in their class at least twice a month.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at The Art Institutes (Charlotte, NC).
I attended an open house that The Art Institute of Charlotte hosted, inviting applicants to interview for several different positions. I got selected to Interview with the direct supervisor: Dean of Students
