9/80, flex start/stop time, decent benefits
Promoted people based on relationships, not by their education or skill level. Took 10 yrs to achieve a decent living and male counterparts made more $ for less knowledge. Given promotions earlier. Top levels are way too heavy. Laid off based on wages, not on performance. Since then, people with a lot less experience have been promoted to higher positions.
Advice to Management
Why give the CEO a 9M bonus after laying off over 500 in 2-3 yrs? Showing a profit by cutting employees.......

In interviewing process was not asked many questions. The job was described in detail to me. I was able to ask questions and my questions were fully answered and explained in detail.
