I absolutely loved this job! The staff is awesome, helpful, and supportive! You have a flexible schedule. The workload is manageable. The families and foster kids you work with are great!

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at The Bair Foundation (Charlotte, NC) in December 2015.
Interview
Recruiter called me and asked about my resume and experience with children. Recruiter ask my salary requirements. I stated it was negotiable and inquired on starting salary. Recruiter refused to tell me the salary until I made a offer. Once i said a number larger than the 35k-38k. She quickly ended the interview. Needless to say i never heard from the hiring manager. Tip: Be prepared to say you will take 35k!
