    Pros

Adaptable to the client environment. Good, personable people with a focus on excellence. They have a good handle on what it takes to manage a project, implement processes and engage people in delivering on time. They are best at understanding ITIL, V-Model and test management practices. They are also great in providing HP business solutions.

    Cons

Primarily State government projects makes time between projects hard to plan. State governments have a tendency to take an extensive time period (sometimes months) between the interviews and the decision to bring a person onboard for a project. They tend to lose the best people to more responsive companies and organizations.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing but expand into other markets.
