Leadership, accessibility to management and peers. Very little hierarchy non-sense. Small family environment and coworkers are accountable to each other and depend on each other.
Like many small and lean businesses, it can be hard work sometimes and not a good fit for someone just wanting a job. This is not a place to go unnoticed and every one must contribute without micro management.
Several negative glassdoor reviews that don't make sense and glassdoor will not correct. There was confusion during an acquisition that left several frustrated people in disparate divisions thinking they worked for Broadleaf Group, but they did not. Broadleaf is independently owned and only has employees in Texas.
Advice to Management
Keep plugging away. You have overcome many hurdles to get to where you are today. Continue to increase transparency and teamwork throughout.
