The BusBank is a comprehensive group and event transportation management company headquartered in Chicago. We are the industry pioneer and leader in providing a single-source for chartering a bus anywhere in North America.
Our experience is broad and diverse and we arrange charters for thousands of customers each year. The scope of our service ranges from simple one-day outings to large events such as: trade-shows, conventions, sporting events and large scale music festivals. BusBank has also started an event transportation bus services under the FestDrive brand.
Note: We do not own buses, we’re not local bus owners and we’re not brokers. By working with independent operators rather than owning buses, we maintain the flexibility to customize transportation solutions that fit the needs of the customer and situation. Our network of independent bus operators is the largest of its kind in North America. BusBank works with charter bus operators everyday so we have an in-depth knowledge of how the industry works. We have established partnerships and relationships with our operator network that allows us to deliver a consistently superior customer experience.

BusBank is a team of over 20 with majority of our team working from our West Loop loft office at 820 West Jackson Blvd. Suite 815, Chicago IL 60607. The rest of the team works remotely across the United. We are always looking for new folks that are excited on making group and event transportation easy.
Incorporated in December of 2000. 22 Employees as of Apr. 2015 More than 1300 approved motor coach carriers in the BusBank network. Over $200 million in transportation services provided. 30,000 events with events in every state and Canada.
Don DiBrita is President and CEO of BusBank. Don joined the Lancer Group, BusBank’s parent company, as Chief Information Officer in 1998 after a 20-year career in the technology field. Beginning his technology career in 1980 as a Senior Systems Analyst specializing in mainframe and desktop computing for National Benefit Life, he subsequently held senior management and sales positions for many high-tech companies in the Silicon Valley, CA area. Prior to joining Lancer, Don served as Vice President of International Operations for BMC Software/DataTools, Inc. That followed a six-year career as Vice President of U.S. sales for Network General Corporation. In addition to his responsibilities at Lancer, Don became BusBank’s president in 2011.His goal was to reorganize, regroup and restructure the company’s procedures, staff and goals to become the full service organization the BusBank is today. We have expanded our office locations, increased our customer support staff, enhanced our pool of operators, and expanded our services to include full event management including ticketing and on-sight event operations. Don continues to brand BusBank as the premier Travel and Events coordinator in a class all its own.
Brandon Dudley is Managing Director at BusBank, and heads up our daily company operations. Brandon began working with the BusBank in 2006 as an Account Executive. After two years he was promoted to Sales Center Supervisor, and eventually became BusBank’s Marketing and Operations Director. In the Marketing and Operations Director role, he worked on overseeing all operations of both supply and demand. His Initial focus was on revamping BusBank’s websites to better capture organic and paid leads for the company. Brandon worked with operations team members to upgrade BusBank’s operator network due diligence efforts and supplier performance. Whether helping with a systems integration project or customer acquisition, Brandon has full stack knowledge of the BusBank along with the group transportation industry and is excited about elevating the company’s performance by improving operational efficiency and performance.
Andrew Ripani is Director of Event Services at BusBank, and heads up our new FestDrive division. Andrew began working with the BusBank in 2004 as an Account Executive. After six years he was promoted to Team Leader, and ultimately in 2011, Director of Sales. In the Director of Sales role, he redesigned the sales process focusing on matching each segment-specific customer with the best suited team member to guide through the purchasing process. His philosophy for accountability and transparency, both professionally and personally, and his belief that customer service is the most important aspect of our business, has made him an integral part of the BusBank team. Andrew has cultivated several new relationships, promoting BusBank’s steady growth in the large event management segment, and subsequently leading to his current role and the creation of FestDrive.com . Andrew continues to look for ways to bring our unique services and expertise several large events, and grow FestDrive to its next level.
Jamie is the Director of Finance for BusBank. As one of BusBank’s earliest employees Jamie has helped build BusBank into an industry leader in providing a single-source for chartering a bus anytime, anywhere in North America. Jamie brings a broad range of skill sets to the company with over 15 years of experience within finance and operations for the travel industry. In her current role as the Director of Finance Jamie oversees the accounting operations of the company and engages in financial analysis to optimize operational performance. Prior to joining BusBank, Jamie spent two years working for Bucom International, a company whose expertise lied in conceiving and executing events for the pharmaceutical industry. As an Account Manager her functions included site inspections, vendor negotiations, coordination of transportation, on-site management and post event reporting. Prior to Bucom, Jamie worked for iExplore, a start-up company in the adventure travel industry, where she organized and sold customer travel experiences. Jamie earned a bachelor’s of arts degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin and is a Certified Public Accountant. Jamie resides in Wisconsin with her husband and three daughters.

Great sales staff, even better management and an opportunity to grow if the time and effort is put in.
Some of the staff has become complacent, which tends to make some days mundane.
