I worked at The CW full-time

    Pros

    Optimistic upbeat coworkers
    Relaxed work environment
Low key, low stress especially for television
Access to WB lot and many WB perks

    Cons

Somewhat stagnant if you are a lower level employee. Seems like it is a great place to spend the later years in your career - but you will get bored after a year as entry-level, and there is not a ton of room to move up.

    Advice to Management

Create more paths for upward mobility.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at The CW (Madison, WI) in March 2012.

    Interview

    1 phone interview, 2 in-person interviews.

    Interview Questions

    • Tell me about a time when you had to complete a difficult task by a certain deadline and how you overcame challenges to complete it.   Answer Question

    Negotiation

Highly informal, they told me what I would be making and they told me to expect my salary to go away to 100 percent commission in 6 months.
