I have been working at The Common Man Family of Restaurants part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I was very pleased with the family friendly environment by the employees and the management. The opportunity for advancement is also a pro!

    Cons

Like any employment at a restaurant, it can be tough. There could be more emphasis on training and following up on training to ensure that employees are completing the necessary tasks appropriately and thoroughly throughout their employment.

    Advice to Management

Continue to educate employees every night so that things are not forgotten or missed during a guests experience.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at The Common Man Family of Restaurants (Concord, NH) in March 2017.

    Interview

Very thorough interview process which included phone screen, 1st interview with HR & District Manager , follow shift with GM to see the inner workings of the actual restaurant and to get a good sense of the Common Man's culture. Then final interview with CEO. Online personality assessment was also required.
