    If you're an intelligent person and can see opportunities, you will do well here.

    - The company is expanding and growing in this economy - which speaks to the efforts of its employees
    - Fantastic staff. Truly incredible people.
    - Management listens to new ideas even from new staff members
    - Constantly changing workplace
    - Competitive pay rates
    - Every day presents new tasks and challenges
    - Super smart coworkers who can keep up with the best - you never have to explain things twice.
    - Interesting, despite it being retail.
    - Wonderful vendors, clients, and teammates
    - Willing to invest in new ideas


    - The benefits plans kind of suck, mostly the insurance.
    - Yes, the staff can be a little clique-y, but if you are friendly, it's not a problem.
    - The building has an odd physical layout which isn't ideal.
    - Some folks enter the company and can't handle the speed we work at, which is a shame. It's not a place that welcomes people who work at a slow pace.

    Advice to Management

    Our space is limiting our potential, but I have faith that you'll figure out an optimal solution. Thank you for your open door policy, and know that you're fostering a really amazing office culture.

    (But seriously, HealthPartners sucks, would not recommend.)

    I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Creative Partners Group (Minneapolis, MN) in August 2018.


    I was contacted 2 days after applying through LinkedIn to set up a phone interview. After the phone interview, we set up an in-person interview with 3, 1:1 interviews. They seemed very interested in my previous work experience.
    Overall, I was not impressed with how HR handled the interview process. Sometimes I would wait a week or more for her to respond to my emails and confirm interview times. She didn't even confirm my in-person interview, so I showed up unsure of whether or not they'd even be expecting me (they were), and I had zero information regarding the structure of the interview or who I'd be meeting with, so it was difficult to prepare. After the in-person interview, I never heard from anyone again. Crickets. Very unprofessional in my opinion; it made me not want to work there anyway.
