    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Culinary Institute of America (Hyde Park, NY).

    Interview

Really easy. There were two rounds of interviews and both were very straight forward. Both were about an hour long tops. You take some testing mainly on the Microsoft Office Suite.
