    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Dallas Opera.

    Interview

They had no idea what they were looking for. They had no idea what to ask me. The CEO kept saying "mhm" while I was talking and they openly admitted that the people that were in the role before didn't like it there. I loved the first 2 people I met with, they were great. I was hoping for an offer from TDO, but alas, they took to long.
