In 2017, TDC began its long-term goal to make it easier for clients to work with us by heavily investing in infrastructure and technology. The innovation we’re implementing targets business intelligence and process improvements to enable us to better market available positions. This technology makes TDC even
more customer-centric and agile, empowering our teams to identify and place the right candidates in the right facilities—and deliver the right healthcare to every patient.
This year, each of our business units was honored by Inavero’s Best of Staffing® Awards. Delta Physician Placement received the Best of Staffing® Client Satisfaction and Best of Staffing® Talent Satisfaction. Delta Healthcare Providers (Temporary) won the Best of Staffing® Client Satisfaction, Best of Staffing® Talent Satisfaction, and the Diamond Award. Delta Healthcare Providers (Permanent) won the Best of Staffing® Talent Satisfaction. And finally, Delta Locum Tenens was awarded Best of Staffing Talent® Satisfaction and the Diamond Award.

With teams for Permanent Placement, Locum Tenens Placement and Allied Placement, our members are subject matter experts in their respective niches. This is supported by two to three times the industry standard for training. However, we don't use scripts or promote pushy sales tactics at The Delta Companies. We have chosen Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children (TRSHC), one of the nation's leading pediatric centers for the treatment of orthopedic conditions, certain related neurological disorders and learning disorders, such as dyslexia, to be our beneficiary of donations.
Through the generous support of the community, including Delta, TRSHC has cared for more than 230,000 Texas children regardless of the family's ability to pay. TRSHC is a non - profit organization.
The Delta Companies philanthropic engagement is completely driven by our employees who decide how to raise funds each year. From Casual Days to our annual Disco Ball Golf Tournament and our annual Silent Auction, our members continue to raise the bar on giving back to our community!

All new hires are assigned a Sherpa – their very own expert guide to life at The Delta Companies. Each new employee receives an onboarding binder with step by step details on our training programs, career progression (we call it Staging) and valuable information to successfully navigate within The Delta Companies.
We encourage each employee to manager their professional development and career trajectory. With a long tradition of promotion from within, we offer 1:1 coaching with leaders who are engaged with all levels of team members to identify where an employee has excelled, where there are opportunities for development and where the employee stands on their career path. We put no limitations on our members’ development or on their success!
Our Infusion Institute offers up to 55 training classes per month taught by our own subject matter experts. There is never a shortage of opportunities to learn something new or hone your skills. We often bring in guest speakers and trainers to share their knowledge with our teams. Our learning department manages employee growth and development in partnership with our business units.

As one of the company's most coveted reward programs, the Platinum Club treats top performing members and their guest to an annual dream vacation at the close of the year. Race for the Rolex
Throughout the year, gross margin rates and placement information are monitored and reported at Quarterly meetings, as members compete to be the top producers in the Race for the Rolex competition. The top performing marketer and recruiter from each business line are each announced at the final Quarterly meeting, and awarded a customized Rolex for their contribution and success.
Any production employee at (1) all T-13 KPI’s; and (2) T-13 gross margin dollars with a minimum of 13 weeks of a goal. Achieving both (1) and (2) is called BOTH. BOTH employees have the flexibility to work from home on Fridays.
Teamwork and fellowship are important aspects to The Delta Companies culture, and having pride in fellow members rarely goes uncelebrated. Happy hours, team bowling nights, whirly ball tournaments—all are common occurrences for members wanting to support an environment of joy and friendship.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The Delta Companies (Dallas, TX) in August 2014.
Interviewed by the Director first. Went really well. Had two follow-up interviews with both team leads in the department. This was in the matter of 2 days. Very laid back. They called by end of week to offer me the job.
They have a steady salary scale to where they hire everyone at the same salary and you have the opportunity to "stage" on an accelerated path if you choose. With each stage comes a jump in pay. I was able to get an additional $1K annual for the first year. You may be able to get more on your initial hire. They are pretty forthcoming with the salary info around here though.
