I worked at The Designory part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I loved the space to work in. I rather enjoyed the open space over the cubicle environment. I was able to get a lot of work done when I worked in-house. My manager was helpful, friendly and I learned a lot from him. Since I had quite a commute, I was happy that they allowed me to work off-site since we were on a time crunch to get the work done.

    Cons

It was very fast paced and there was a large volume of work to do in a short time, but I really don't have a complaint. That's how things go sometimes. It's not really a con, but an observation. The work got done and I got a nice chunk of overtime.
A guess my only other con is that I'm not still there.

    Advice to Management

I really enjoyed my time there and hope to go back if the need for more Banner Animators come up.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Designory (Long Beach, CA) in October 2015.

    Interview

Fortunately, my interview process was very fast and efficient. I was very apparent with what I was looking for and needed and they were open to that. I was able to speak to the Creative Directors and Art Directors of the team and learn what type of work they create and what was expected of someone coming in.
