Was in a conference room for 2 hours and interviewed with three people at once. Interview went well I thought, and this was confirmed in later communication. They even asked for my references. However, they never followed up with my given references, and then ignored my three follow-up e-mails and voicemails. If you didn't think I was the best fit, that is fine but please do them the honor of letting your prospective employees know this.InterviewIf you were stranded on a desert island and could only bring one thing, what would it be?
