Can be pulled on multiple tasks at once (that’s a startup though) PTO could be better, but we do get the whole week off between Christmas and New Year.Advice to Management

C suite personnel non product person was my interviewer which makes no sense IMO as they didn't really talk about anything other than compensation expectations. You can already tell that it this company is burning down if they're making sure you're within their range. They also kept talking about benefits.
They emailed for a follow up with their product team, but never followed through with scheduling after I replied with mine.InterviewWhat do you expect in compensation?
