ProsThe ultimate pro is having complete autonomy over your career path whilst working with fantastic people to achieve something truly worthwhile (helping people get outdoors). You couldn't find a warmer
ConsIt can get fast-paced and you will be required to wear many hats. That being said, The Dyrt is transparent and proud of the pros and cons of startup life.
I applied online. I interviewed at The Dyrt (United States) in Nov 2021
InterviewThe CEO ran the screening for applicants. He didn't know anything about the actual job that he was interviewing for, and expected I provided a salary range for a job I didn't know much about. The provided Job Description was very minimal and wasn't consistent - I suppose that should have just been the red flag for me. As the interview was wrapping up, I asked if I would hear back regardless of if they decided to move forward with my application and the answer was yes. Flash forward a few weeks, and I get another email from the CEO. I jump on the call and it turns out to be the same screen - the CEO had scheduled me for the same interview screening, didn't realize I had interviewed, and still was not able to answer any of my questions. He again said that they would reach out regardless of if they decided to move forward with my interview process and I did not hear back a second time.
