    I have been working at The EVO Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    I've been working here for about six months now and have already been promoted twice! There's a lot of room to move up if that's what you're looking for.

    Cons

    Getting ahead anywhere is hard work, but especially at this company. Average may have gotten you a degree, but it won't get you anything here. Promotions are based strictly on performance.

    Advice to Management

    I'd say after the three month mark, do an employee evaluation.

    I applied online. I interviewed at The EVO Group (Columbus, OH) in August 2017.

    Interview

    I went into the small building they had, there were multiple other people coming in for interviews as well. I filled out some paper work, and within 10 minutes went to sit down and talk with someone who wanted to know more about me, and fill me in on the position. The interviewer was very nice and very articulate. After that interview was done, I returned to the lobby, filled out more paper work, and was met by one of the managers. He took me to go get coffee while he described the job in more detail. It was then I found out it was really a sales job, primarily focused on door-to-door sales. After we talked for about an hour, we returned to the office, where I filled out more paper work, and was told I would get a call later that day. They called me and extended a job offer to me.
