Mission: To provide leading employers with the highest caliber talent while maintaining our commitment to integrity, honesty, and responsiveness.
Last week, members of the Execu|Search Women’s Network participated in Story by Story, a stair climbing fundraiser to end domestic violence. Read more here: http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQRhC
As part of our continuing efforts to give back, our Parsippany office recently partnered with Habitat for Humanity to build a home in New Jersey for a family in need!
The Execu|Search Group was founded in 1985 as a recruitment firm focused on serving accounting firms, boutique hedge funds, and private equity funds. Over time, our firm has evolved into a full-service Recruitment, Temporary Staffing, and Workforce Management Solutions firm integrating a broad range of industries. We’re proud to say that we’ve helped over 27,000 companies find talent and have connected over 62,000 people with new jobs.
In addition to earning a spot on the Inc. 5000, we’ve also been named to Staffing Industry Analysts' lists of Fastest Growing Staffing Firms and Largest Staffing Firms in the U.S. due to our expanding roster of staff and offices across the east coast. Although we’ve become one of the largest privately-owned recruitment and staffing firms, the entrepreneurial environment we established back in 1985 is still a major facet of our culture today. It allows us to provide truly customized services to all of our clients and candidates while offering professional growth opportunities for each of our employees.
We believe in rewarding hard work through financial and professional growth. After starting a career with us, many employees have risen quickly through the ranks due to a strong worth ethic for the following promotions:
From monthly jean days and company softball, dodgeball and basketball teams, to ping pong tournaments in our NYC rec room, charity runs/walks, and firm-wide community initiatives, Execu|Search promotes teamwork and believes in rewarding hard work.
As the driving force behind our community initiatives, staff members participate in community events, volunteer their time to a variety of causes, and make donations to a wide range of organizations. We encourage staff to get involved as volunteers and supporters of community organizations and offer all staff members an extra day off to volunteer their time.
Our company values are at the core of everything we do:
Integrity - Be ethical, honest and accountable
Flexibility - Be open to new ideas, people and opportunities
Partnership - Serve as a partner to everyone you work with
Service - Be proactive, responsive, and focus on quality service
Community - Remember the importance of supporting those around you
To recognize our top performers, we developed “The Chairman's Circle,” a firm-sponsored incentive program designed to:
We provide incentives for members of our firm who demonstrate high levels of performance and service. As our way of saying “Thank you” to the employees who make it possible for us to remain a leading force in the industry, we invite selected staff members and a guest of their choice to attend a weekend getaway at a major resort, with airfare and hotel accommodations covered by the firm. This "Chairman Circle" excursion is a reward for superior service and is also an opportunity for us to reflect upon and celebrate our successes.
I have been working at The Execu|Search Group full-time
Fast-paced environment. Never a dull day!
Agency recruiting gets exhausting - It is part of the business.
I applied online. I interviewed at The Execu|Search Group (New York, NY) in October 2017.
An email was sent to me. The interview was scheduled then re-scheduled three times if you count moving the interview from morning to mid-day. The person who emailed me kept using the wrong name.
She didn’t seem to have my resume or know anything about development or fundraising. She kept asking questions that you’d ask someone for a clerical job. She didn’t know much about Queens College, either, or the culture.
Development is a very small community.
I wouldn’t recommend using this recruitment firm or applying for positions they have in development.
